DSA & TCO compliance

As part of our responsibility as a hosting provider, we've created a concise and simple policy that explains how we deal with content that may be harmful or illegal. It outlines how we respond when someone gets in touch about content hosted on our infrastructure and how we make sure any decisions are thoughtful, fair, and human-led. We’ve put it all in writing — clear, considered, and to the point:
“Compliance Policy with Regulations (EU) 2022/2065 (DSA) and 2021/784 (TCO)”.

Significa has designated the following contact point for communications relating to:

• Article 11 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act – DSA), for communications with Digital Services Coordinators, competent authorities, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services; and
• Article 15 of Regulation (EU) 2021/784 (TCO Regulation), for the electronic receipt and expeditious processing of removal orders and related communications concerning terrorist content.

It’s part of our responsibility as a digital service provider and part of our belief that being open and transparent is simply the right thing to do.
